They have included all categories of society like: patients, poor, orphans, widows, elderly, disabled and others.

Among the most important obstacles that obstruct the work of most charities is the change in political and international decisions about the donations and linking them to the terrorism and other arguments that prevent the good and its people from contributing to the good deeds, so it was necessary to go back to the system of endowments that exists in our Islamic history. By this system, there will be financial resources through which most of the expenses can be paid for the beneficiaries in addition to establish a relative independence in the charitable work.

Real Estate Sector is considered a relatively safe investment compared to the risks of other investments. The concept of investing in the real estate endowment has become an economic concept that has started to spread widely in the Islamic societies because the continuity is one of the most important features of the endowment as a sustainable investment project that achieves the concept of sustainable development. It is located in Gaziantep, Turkish city, near the Syrian border, where there are a large number of Syrians. The city was chosen for its closeness to the Syrian border, where there are three border crossings close to it and is considered one of the nearest cities and the most accessible to Syrians, especially in the field of education and health.

The endowment site has several strategic features as it is located next to the most important university in Turkey. And located on main roads connecting it all over the city. It has several services such as electricity, water, central heating, central internet, guard, sport saloon, meeting room and restaurant, as well as it is to several shopping centers, gardens, playgrounds and mosques.
